WHY DID CARE FIRST COME TO US?

Over 20 years ago our Managing Director, Najeeb, wrote a bespoke software solution that assisted Care first in providing a telephone Employee Assistance counselling service.

After the initial success of the software, professional trust was established and the working relationship with Najeeb flourished. When Najeeb joined our company, Care first came with him.

Once Care first began considering how to further expand its service provision and take their business to the next level, Najeeb was one of their primary contacts for both technical expertise and using his specialist knowledge to support their progressive business development.

WHAT DID WE DO?

We discussed Care first’s requirements to understand their goals, current systems and the central tenets of their business.

Any software produced had to work seamlessly alongside their existing technologies to share information quickly and completely confidentially.

Initially, we provided an online portal for external counsellors to submit reports electronically, replacing Care first’s outdated paper-based system.

With this in place, our software team developed an online portal for web counselling services. In the application, counsellors could take notes, securely record information, promptly share and escalate crucial cases. This vastly reduced their administrative processes. Another vital element was reporting that demonstrated the employee uptake of their EAP and counselling services to Care first's clients.
