What happens now?

Now you`ve pressed The Big Red Button the priority of your request will be increased to urgent and handled according to our SLA, which means:

  • One of our senior team will call you within 15 minutes.
  • We will aim to resolve your request within 30 minutes.
  • Your request will be monitored, throughout its lifecycle, by our Head of Service Delivery, to ensure that your expectations are being met.
  • Once your request is closed, our Head of Service Delivery will contact you to ensure that you are satisfied with the resolution.
